  1. Clients must schedule sessions in advance. Cancellations should be done at least 24 hours before the appointment time.

  3. Clients are expected to arrive on time for scheduled sessions. Sessions will end at the designated time, regardless of arrival time.

  4. Payment for services must be completed prior to the start of each session or as agreed upon in a payment plan.

  5. Life coaching services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  6. Clients should actively engage and participate in the coaching process for optimal results.

  7. Lasting Transformation Life Coaching reserves the right to terminate services if the client fails to comply with these terms.

  8. Clients can provide feedback on services to help us improve our coaching programs.

Refund Policy

- General Principles

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the unique circumstances of each client.
The life coach reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy in extraordinary circumstances.
Refund Terms

Package Cancellations: For coaching packages (6-month or longer), a 30-day notice period is required for cancellation. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued. For packages with a shorter duration, refunds will be prorated based on the number of sessions completed.
Single Sessions: No refunds for individual coaching sessions once they have been conducted.


- Exceptions

In the event of a client’s death or incapacitation, the life coach will provide a full refund for any unused coaching services.
If the life coach is unable to continue coaching services due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued for any unused services.


- Communication

Clients are expected to communicate any concerns or issues with their coaching services in a timely manner. Failure to do so may impact the ability to process a refund.
Refund requests must be made in writing (email) to the life coach, stating the reason for the request and any relevant details.
Effective Date

This refund policy is effective immediately and applies to all coaching services commenced after its implementation.


- Changes

The life coach reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be communicated to clients in writing (email) at least 30 days prior to their implementation.
By engaging in life coaching services, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to this refund policy.
